 The firm's principal, Mark Bosler, is an experienced attorney practicing in Michigan since 1982, and is admitted to practice in Illinois (1983) and Florida (1989). Primary practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, business and commercial law, collections, civil and commercial litigation, real estate and criminal defense. Educational background includes an advanced Masters Degree in Corporate and Finance Law from Wayne State University, Juris Doctor degree from University of Detroit Law School, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. 
Mr. Bosler is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and U.S. Tax Court.  He is a former adjunct professor of Construction Law at Macomb Community College.  He is on the panel of Commercial Neutral Arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association. 

Mr. Bosler is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metro Detroit, Michigan Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and Michigan Appellate Assigned Counsel System.

Mr. Bosler has been engaged in various civic projects and organizations, including the Lions Club of Bloomfield Hills,  and Farmington Jaycees.
